Limited seats are available. Application is only possible via our website: www.toetvainthessaloniki.org

Applicants should obtain confirmation from the workshop organizing office before proceeding to payment of registration fee.

* Please note that in case of a company’s Registration Request, 24% VAT is added to Registration Fee. Official Company's Invoice will be sent.

Payment of on-site registration is not permitted. No cash will be accepted.

Registration fee includes: Workshop Registration, Coffee break & lunch according to the program, workshop material.

Payment

All payments are to be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary, to the order of "Voyager Travel & Congress" as follows. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent aſter receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancelation: Until 4^th September 2025
100% refund (minus 50 € administration cost)

Aſter the 5^th September 2025: cancellation fee 75 €.

No cancellations will be permitted after the workshop begins.
All cancellations must be e-mailed to the Workshop Secretariat.
There will be no adjustments made to registration rates.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the workshop organizing office at the earliest opportunity.

Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
